Ordering Questions
Ordering is easy:
- Find a flower bouquet that you like, click on the image, and the product page will load.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product(s) you wish to buy and you can add ons (e.g. chocolates & teddy bear) that you can include with your purchase.
- Once in the cart, you may write your personalized card message, select a preferred delivery date and time slot.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to add more products, or click “Checkout” to proceed.
- Log in using your registered Username and Password.
- If you don’t have an account, register a new one to proceed with your purchase.
- Provide us with your email address, the recipients address and how we can reach out if there are problems with the delivery.
- Next, confirm your shipping information and proceed with your selected payment method.
- Reconfirm your Billing Details, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.

Note: Your order will only be processed and delivered after we receive the payment confirmation.
Can I customize my order?
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please do so by contacting us via call or WhatsApp at +6012–258 3186 (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM). We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address and card messages) if they are requested by 12:00 PM, two (2) days before the intended delivery date. For same-day orders, we will try our best to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee them.
We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to cancel your order, but we totally understand that plans can change! Here’s what you need to know:
Order only can be canceled if still in Pending status.

Use the subject line: “Request to Cancel Order”
