Order/Offer Acceptance Policy
All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Muya Floral Wholesale Sdn Bhd, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
Delivery Of Your Order
By placing an order on this website, you agree that you have read the following Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them:
- Orders made before 6pm on the same day as the payment is processed qualify for same-day delivery.
- We do not offer fixed-time delivery services. Opting for a preferred delivery time slot signifies that the order will be delivered within the specified timeframe of the selected slot.
- Our delivery team will contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure the availability of the recipient to receive the order.
- Should you have any specific delivery instructions, kindly contact our customer service via call or WhatsApp at +6012–258 3186 (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM) before placing an order.
Delivery Fees
We provide reliable delivery across Kuala Lumpur (KL), Petaling Jaya (PJ), Klang Valley, and Seremban daily from 9am – 6pm.
Delivery Rates:
Orders RM 300 & Above:
- KL: FREE Delivery
- Klang Valley: RM 20 Flat Rate
Orders Below RM 300:
- KL: RM 20 Flat Rate
- Klang Valley: RM 30 Flat Rate
Note: For locations outside these areas (including Seremban), delivery fees will be calculated based on the distance. Please contact us for a custom quote.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
