Thank you for shopping with www.uyafloristshop.com. We strive to provide the best floral arrangements and delivery service. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order by 12:00 PM, at least two (2) days before the intended delivery date.

Cancellation requests made after this cut-off time may not be accepted.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of one (1) discount voucher, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

This voucher can be used for future purchases on our website.

No cash refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated.

Unsatisfactory Products

We take pride in the quality of our fresh flowers and products. However, due to the perishable nature of our items:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, contact uyafloristshop@gmail.com or via phone +6012 – 258 3186 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM-10:00 PM) with:

  • A clear photo of the wilted, damaged, or faulty product
  • Your order number
  • Your concern or issue
  • All complaints must be submitted within 12 hours (same day) of receiving your order.

Peak Seasons Policy

Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day

During high-demand periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please note:

  • Prices may vary due to increased supply costs.
  • Orders must be placed from our seasonal collections, which reflect updated pricing and availability.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for orders scheduled for delivery during these peak periods.
  • We reserve the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value if the original item is unavailable.
  • If substitution is not possible, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding and support during these busy times.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Adverse Weather Conditions

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to heavy rain, floods, or other adverse weather conditions.
  • These delays are beyond our control, and as such, refunds or re-deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

www.uyafloristshop.com will not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders due to events including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (Acts of God)
  • War, riots, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Government restrictions or legal regulations
  • Fires, explosions, floods, or severe weather
  • Power outages or telecom failures
  • Machinery or vehicle breakdowns
  • Supplier or delivery partner failures
  • Strikes or industrial disputes
  • Any other unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control

Customer & Recipient Information

  • Please ensure all recipient details (name, phone number, and address) are accurate at the time of order placement.
  • If our delivery team is unable to contact or locate the recipient, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery, and additional delivery charges may apply.
  • No refund will be issued if:
  • The recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order.
  • The delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
